February 2026: More RPCs in peer-observer

Two more RPCs merged, a metrics PR started and the first plans for an alerts tool.

Kept growing the RPC extractor in peer-observer.

  • Merged #319 and #321, which add getnetworkinfo and getblockchaininfo.
  • Started #339: Prometheus metrics and integration tests for the RPC extractor.
  • Reviewed and tested #345, which adds getrawaddrman.
  • Started planning an alerts tool (#185): log when something odd happens on the network.
  • On the side, worked through the Chaincode BOSS Challenge.
