June 2026: Spam detection and learning
A new alert to detect addr spam in peer-observer, plus some research and teaching material.
A first prototype of a new alert, and a lot of learning.
- Opened #459 in peer-observer: detect peers that spam
addrmessages. Iterating on it with the maintainer. - Looked into which alert heuristic should come next.
- Compared oracles for scanning Silent Payments, like BlindBit and Frigate.
- Learning Nix to make my infrastructure reproducible.
- Prepared course material for Librería de Satoshi (content).
